Google is testing to show colours for text in featured snippets. We searched for SEO, and the text appeared in a featured snippet with different colours. I assume this is new previously, Google was testing more variations with featured snippets, like background colours showing in a box and many more, but this test seems new to me.
Here is a screenshot of how it looks.
Showing text in different colours can catch the attention of the user, and the user might click on that.
Google Maps now requires users to sign in to read more or sorted reviews, a change that may be aimed at preventing AI and bots from scraping review data.
Bing is testing an italic font style for URLs in search results, with the style appearing consistently across multiple checks today.
Google is testing a 'Try on' button that now appears directly within SERP product carousels, instead of only after opening the carousel.
