Google tests bigger Local Services Ads listings in SERP

Google is testing larger Local Services Ads listings in search results, a change spotted by Anthony Higman that could boost visibility for local service providers.

Google is testing changes to Local Services Ads (LSA) in its search results, making the listings appear larger. Previously, these ads appeared smaller in comparison.

Anthony Higman spotted this new version and shared it on X, writing: “Google is making Local Services Ads listings biggerrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!”

Here is a screenshot of this.

Making LSA listings larger could help catch more attention within search results, especially since these ads are already positioned prominently — a bigger size could make them even harder to miss.
