Bing tests blue hover highlight for sitelinks

Bing is testing a new sitelink design. When a user hovers over a sitelink, that sitelink’s box is highlighted in blue. I spotted this today while searching on Bing.

This is a nice touch. A hover animation like this makes sitelinks feel more clickable and could help draw attention to them. Bing has been testing many sitelink variations recently, so this looks like part of that series.
