The new version of the WebTrends web analytics tool now boasts improved integration with the WebPosition rank checking tool that WebTrends parent NetIQ purchased last year. Some more details from ClickZ: WebTrends 7 Debuts With Enhanced ROI Features and from the NetIQ press release.
As a side note, despite WebPosition's purchase by a major company like NetIQ, Google still continues to ban or penalize the official WebPosition site as I've written about before nor has it changed the wording of its help files specifically warning against the use of WebPosition. Google doesn't like rank checking tools in general and in particular calls out WebPosition because it has been an industry leading tool.
Should you not use it? Plenty of search marketers have done successfully by limiting the number of queries they do so as not to hammer Google.
