They cover issues such as cloaking, "site links" (those little links you sometimes see below the first result), non-indexed links still ranking well and more. Mike's summarized some info in his ClickZ column, Google's Matt Cutts: The Big Interview, and links to the podcasts are at the end. As I said, it's great listening -- I've just finished them both. I'll make sure for my podcast today with Matt that we go into some different areas.
