I love how Yahoo!’s beta e-mail interface denotes spam. The icon shows a mail message aflame. Meanwhile “delete” is symbolized by a trash can. Some messages you just want to throw away… others you want to burn. The alpha version probably had an icon of little person — representing a spammer — on fire.
