Google Suit Sent Back to State Court from the Associated Press notes that a
class-action lawsuit against Google, Yahoo and other search engines over click
fraud accusations will STILL not move to US federal court. If I understand
right, a request for this move was
denied back
in July. Now it looks like an appeal of that decision was also denied. More
