Former Google Brand Manager Blogging Days At Google
Spotted via Google Weblog
(unofficial), Xooglers is a new blog
run by Google’s former director of consumer marketing and brand management, Doug

only.
He introduces himself
here and potential plans to do a book, but prefers for now to tell his Google
story via a blog. Elsewhere in the blog, you can
read of him answering Sergey Brin’s tough hiring question and his view
Google cofounder Larry Page isn’t worried about being polite if he knows he’s
right.
Fun fact #1: "Wow, you looked at a lot of pages from my web site. How did you like it?" - people encountering a crawler for the first time. This and other quality snippets pulled from the original paper presenting Google in 1997.
