Google+ users have received an update with how Google Search interacts with their photos, and the photos of friends, while signed into Google+. To see what images you have uploaded, simply search for [my photos] on Google.com (English only) when you're signed into your Google+ account.
You can also use it to search for specific things you have uploaded photos for, such as "my photos of New York" or "my photos of food" in order to narrow your search down when you have many photos to sort through.
It is also a trip down memory lane, I didn’t remember uploading several of the pictures associated with my own Google+ account, although some were simply interesting screenshots or online ads that I had commented about on Google+.
As users begin to upload more photos into their albums, this new feature will become a very valuable tool.
