Class will soon be in session for a course on how to power search using Google's advanced options. Google's search professors will teach the tricks on how to become a "great internet searcher," in the "high stakes" world of finding information online, according to the site.
Power Searching with Google is described as a "short course" that takes place in six sessions, each 50-minutes long. The classes will be delivered online via Google Groups and Hangouts on Air, Google's live broadcast version of Hangouts. Each class offers networking opportunities and "interactive activities" to practice your new mad searching skills.
To successfully graduate from the course, you will need to pass a post-course assessment. Once completed, you will receive your Certificate of Completion via email so you can print it out yourself.
Registration for Power Searching with Google will remain open until July 16. Classes will be available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays July 10-12 and again July 17-19.
After you register, leave us a note in the comments below. When class is completed, throw your virtual graduation cap in the comments, too!
