YP Product Centralizes Advertising Experience

A new offering from YP gives advertisers more control of their digital presence with one central dashboard.

According to 2014 research from Google and retail-focused marketing consultancy Shopper Sciences, 88 percent of consumers research the things they want to buy on an average of 10.4 devices. That’s twice as many as the previous year, which shows how crucial it is for marketers to stay organized. ypPresence Starter is a single location that makes content, such as photos and calls-to-action, easier to share, and also centralizes reviews and social activity.

The former YellowPages.com believes this product will help its advertisers, many of whom are small and medium-sized businesses, increase their visibility where consumers are searching.

“Accurate listings, consistent content, and customer reviews not only help increase visibility on major search engines, but also make a positive impact on consumer trust,” writes Allison Checchi, YP’s chief marketing officer, in a blog post earlier today.

“As small business owners plan to focus more heavily on their websites and social media over the next 12 months, it will be crucial for them to create a healthy and consistent digital presence.”
