Google My Business to Link to Third-Party Delivery Services

Local search will now link to delivery services for qualifying businesses in Google Search and Google Maps results.


The new Google My Business feature, which can be activated through the Google My Business dashboard, aims to make reservations, take-away, and delivery easier for consumers by linking to third-party services, like, in search results. Google is also looking to broaden the links to third-party services it includes. The company’s support site currently invites service providers for local businesses to fill out a form for inclusion in the program.

Right now, the links only appear for “eligible businesses,” and local businesses cannot request access to the program.
