Searching For Packaged Goods

People looking for consumer packaged goods — you know, boxes of tissue, dog food, cans of soup and other products on shelves in stores — wouldn’t seem likely to search
for them via search engines. After all, they know where to get these products at their local brick-and-mortar stores. But Kevin Ryan argues that for whatever reason, brand
searches for such items do take place. Brand owners need a strategy to tap into this. Packaged Goods in Search
is a two-part look at the issue. Link is to the second part, which leads to the first.
