Ask Jeeves The Search Engine Interviewed -- Circa March 2000
I keep seeing references going around recently to a funny interview with Ask Jeeves — meaning
Ask Jeeves the search engine. It is funny, but it’s not new. It originally went online back in March 2000, as I reported in the Search Engine Report newsletter at the time:
Interview With The Search Engine
FN Wire, March 2000
Humor site FN Wire interviews Ask Jeeves — and I do mean Ask Jeeves — not someone who works there.
Well, if you didn’t see it then, I’m sure you’ll find it funny now. Sadly (or not), you couldn’t do that interview today on Ask Jeeves because of how the interface has
changed.
