Former Google Brand Manager Blogging Days At Google
Spotted via Google Weblog
(unofficial), Xooglers is a new blog
run by Google’s former director of consumer marketing and brand management, Doug
Edwards.
It promises to be "a gathering spot for ex-Googlers to reminisce and
comment on the latest developments in search." So far, it looks to be Edwards
only.
He introduces himself
here and potential plans to do a book, but prefers for now to tell his Google
story via a blog. Elsewhere in the blog, you can
read of him answering Sergey Brin’s tough hiring question and his
view
Google cofounder Larry Page isn’t worried about being polite if he knows he’s
right.
