Supremes: Institutions Can Block Legal E-Mail

Direct reports on a Supreme Court decision holding that the University of Texas acted within its rights in blocking e-mails from, even though addresses were obtained legally and complied with all anti-spam laws. The case sets a very interesting precedent. It seems institutions (businesses, governments, schools) can block whenever it suits their fancy.
