looks at questions of propriety over San Francisco mayor Gavin Newsom accepting
rides on a private jet with Google’s cofounders along with campaign
contributions he’s received from individual Googlers and "hang out" time with
Larry Page. Nothing illegal is said to have happened, but with Google now
pitching to win a contract to give San Francisco wifi, there are concerns the
Chronicle says about relationships being too "chummy."
