This is Literally the Best Eric Schmidt Video

A fun video making the rounds this week features Google’s outgoing CEO Eric Schmidt and his emphasis on using the word “literally” in speeches.

Via Whirled, here is tribute/roast in celebration of Schmidt’s 10 years at Google: “Eric Schmidt, Chief Emphatic Officer”:

Also, as pointed out at TechCrunch, here is a hilarious Schmidt soundbite: “We literally eat our own dogfood.”

Speaking of Schmidt, we learned this week that he is searching for a book deal. “Empire of the Mind: The Dawn of the Techno-Political Age” will be based on an essay he co-wrote with Jared Cohen, director at think tank Google Ideas.

Schmidt’s Tomorrow Ventures investment firm has also invested in Twitpay, with the aim of developing “Twitter payment platforms for online games and general e-commerce,” according to Silicon Alley Insider.
