SEO Book's AaronWall's attorney has filed a formal legal response in the case, which you'll find
here. From my quick
skim, it denies all the allegations and the complaint asks for the case to be
dismissed, with attorney fees awarded to Wall.
Further to my earlier post on the TrafficPower story, some were wondering
how the two US search marketing organizations would respond to the suit alleging
that SEO Book's AaronWall revealed TrafficPower's trade secrets.
