Google thought it had a right to own Groovle.com, so it took it's case to the National Arbitration Forum (NAF). The NAF is an international arbitration service accredited by ICANN. But the NAF didn't agree with Google that Groovle could be confused...
To do so, ResourceShelf searched through the "World Intellectual Property Organization's Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) database and the National Arbitration Forum Domain Name Dispute Proceedings and Decisions database for the information.
Google Inc.filed a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum on May 11, 2005 asserting legal rights to Web addresses [googkle.com, ghoogle.com, gfoogle.com and gooigle.com] bearing close resemblance to Google.com.
