Lawsuit Filed in IAC/Ask Jeeves Acquisition
The New York Post reports that an Ask Jeeves shareholder has filed a lawsuit in Deleware saying that AJ execs did not get a fair price for the company. Are legal issues going to cause problems for the IAC/Ask Jeeves deal?
