All they have to do is build a Web site that is remotely search engine friendly and institute some basic best practices for SEO and they'd enjoy the benefits that it has taken smaller firms years to accomplish. With proper consultation, these large brands could begin to dominate the SERPs, if they could just learn to get out of their own way.

Can Google read Javascript redirects? Mar 9, 2009
I have a site that employs redirects using windows.location.replace. Can link equity follow this? If I replace these redirects with 301 redirects, I am afraid that it might take some time for our link equity to catch up. Any advice?
