Google's Marissa Mayer Profiled

John Battelle called Google's Marissa Mayer a "hummingbird" of a woman in his new book The Search, which is a great description for anyone who has ever met her. She's literally flying around constantly with excitement and activity about various products. Managing Google's Idea Factory is a new BusinessWeek profile on Marissa, the company's director of consumer web products, covering what her workday is like, her background and how she goes about managing so many of the things Google develops.
