Android Gingerbread Arriving This Week?
Technology site V3.co.uk reports that this week Google could be releasing Gingerbread, the lastest version of it’s Android mobile operating system software, following a tweet from Alvaro Fuentes Vasquez, a member of the leadership team at the Open Handset Alliance concerned with Android.
“Prepare your Nexus One (Developer version) for Android over-the-air update 2.3 (Gingerbread) for the next few days,” he wrote (translated from Spanish).
Although Google declined to comment, the rumor seems credible as Google recently added a Gingerbread man to the stack of giant cakes outside the Googleplex. These cakes represent every version of Android.
Can you name all the Android updates?
