Christmas Blizzard Pushes Feb. Storm Down SERPs

Google has shown a strong timely ranking for the last couple of days of the blizzard attacking the east coast. If you have searched "NYC Blizzard 2010" you have to scroll to the bottom of the organic results for any reference to the major storm of February this year.

As it has been the story of the last couple of days, the listing of news at the top and major news sites listings shows an interesting adoption of the algorithm.
