These so-called Tier Two networks may not offer the reach or scope of the major players, but they do distribute your ads to niche sites where your marketing message may have a better chance of being acted upon. As an added benefit, Tier Two campaigns tend to be less costly and offer comparable ROI to what you get with the larger networks.
