Yahoo may announce a deal with Google to include its search ads, along with Yahoo's own ads and other competitors', on Yahoo SERPs. How that will affect Microsoft's looming decision is yet to be seen.

PR has definitely been updated, and the data is pretty recent. A brand new site put up March 6th is now showing PR.
