Searchblog has posted some new Google metrics from Majestic Research.
They include:
+ 98 percent of GOOG revs are from paid search. 65% of revs are domestic.
+ Overall US searches grew 6% quarter to quarter, Google powered searches grew by .2%.

Danny's main point is the fact that their is a difference between paid search and contextual advertising. As Danny puts it, "Contextual is not search," and these numbers don't specify what is paid search and contextual.
