News.com reports than Yahoo will open an office in Santa Monica, California so it can have e-z accessibility to Tinseltown types who control the content (lots of video (-:) known as Hollywood. The office will be run by former ABC television executive Lloyd Braun who joined the company last Fall. As you also know, Terry Semel was the head of Warner Brothers prior to joining Yahoo!>
Overture's HQ is also in the LA area. A move from Pasadena to Burbank is likely sometime in the next year.
