Managing Personal Information Overload

The past year has seen a spate of tools designed to help you organize your personal information, but most still have limits. Because of this, I find myself often forgetting whether I've furled a page, saved it to My Web or other online information manager, or even resorted to capturing a note in the simple text editor I use for many tasks.
