According to this post from Niall Kennedy, Yahoo has added the availability to search and access vidcasts/vlogs/etc. in Yahoo podcast directory. The directory itself was launched in October.
This week, you can find, watch and/or subscribe to "vidcasts" (look for the link in the "what we like section") from the Consumer Electronic Show.
You can also listen to press briefings as podcasts from CES.

Videos can be played inside your browser window using either Windows Media 9, RealPlayer 10, or QuickTime 7 players configured through a Yahoo cookie.
Last month, Blinkx.tv added an option to download vlogs and other consumer video content to portable video players and computers.
