Techcrunch reports that now available at http://beta.search.live.com/video/. We reported in mid March that the service was rumored to be released in April, but now it is August. I did a search on basketball and the first result returned men streaking at a basketball game. I guess it wasn't the most relevant result, but it was at a basketball game.
