On Wednesday, we looked at Sarah Ivey Rock, Search Marketing Manager at AOL Living, who was one of the conference speakers at the session “Spotlight on Fashion: Blogging for Style” at SES New York 2010. Today, let’s look at another one of the speakers: Lauren Sherman, the Editor of Fashionista.
Sherman writes fashion industry news, gossip and analysis. Before joining Fashionista, she was a reporter at Forbes, where she covered luxury goods, fashion and consumerism.
Before Forbes, Sherman was was the online editor at Quintessentially in London. She has also contributed to BusinessWeek.com, eBay’s The Inside Source, Esquire.com, Stylelist.com and many others.
Byron Gordon of SEO-PR interviewed Sherman at SES New York 2010. Back in 2007, I wrote that blogs are the new trade press. Sherman agrees. Check it out.
