A woman in Japan has sued Google for posting a picture of her underwear hanging to dry when the local pictures were taken, the UK Telegraph reported.
"I was overwhelmed with anxiety that I might be the target of a sex crime," the woman told a district court, the Telegraph noted. "It caused me to lose my job and I had to change my residence."
According to the Telegraph, the woman filed suit after she first saw the photo on Google when doing a search for her apartment, where she lived alone. The woman's existing obsessive-compulsive disorder was worsened by the anxiety brought on by the photo, as she feared that everything she was doing throughout the day was being secretly recorded, her suit detailed.
