Larry Page Buys $45 Million Superyacht
Google co-founder Larry Page bought himself a luxury yacht last month, for a reported €35 million ($45 million). Page bought the swank yacht called Senses last month from rich New Zealand businessman Sir Douglas Myers.
“He took delivery before the new year,” said yacht broker Allan Jouning told the New Zealand Herald News. “He’s been looking at it for some time.”
Here’s the Herald’s description of Senses:
“Its stylish interiors are finished by famous French designer Philippe Starck and its split-level decks are home to sun-lounging areas, festooned with a multitude of deck chairs.
There are sheltered indoor and outdoor dining areas, as well as a gym and on-deck jacuzzi. It can accommodate 10 guests and 14 crew.
There are pleasure-boats of all sizes available for guests’ use and the yacht can carry a helicopter with ease.”
Indeed, a yacht fit for a billionaire. And here’s a video tour of Larry’s new “adventure boat.”
