We read all the feedback received. Comments and suggestions are appreciated. We often get information that helps us improve the site, questions that help us think of new material that is needed, or just some nice words that let us know if we're doing a good job.

Please note that we try to help everyone en masse via the web site, through our articles. This doesn't leave much time to answer specific questions about search engines. You can still ask, and we will make a real effort to answer, especially questions that are simple. However, we'd strongly encourage you to first consider posting your question to our Search Engine Watch Forums. That will allow the forum community to help you.

If you want to comment publicly about something we've written about or blogged, the forums are also the best place to go. And if you do start a thread, let us know using this form, and we'll try to update our blog post to reference it.
